ACADEMIA DE RUGBY

  • More than 10 hours a week of training and interrelated activities, including educational lessons, coaching, individual skills exercises, development of mental strength, intelligence and rugby abilities
  • Rugby matches and trainings analysis through video supports
  • Physical fitness, strength and conditioning workshops
  • General and specific nutritional talks
  • All Camp Managers are fully IRFU accredited coaches and have additionally completed IRFU Safe Rugby Level 1 and the IRB First Aid in Rugby

EXTRA-CURRICOLAR ACTIVITIES

  • 3 tardes por semana de atividades organizadas para incluir futebol, rugby, bascket, voleibol, ténis de mesa, artes e ofícios e natação (apenas para os alunos que escolhem o curso de Inglês sem Rugby Academia)
